I followed the instructions on the Groupon for 4 ceramic photowrapped Christmas ornaments. I redeemed the Groupon by the expiration date (1/4). I received an email from the company advising the order was being processed. About a month passed and I emailed Customer Service for an update. I received a response after a few days stating that the order was being processed. I emailed them in March requesting an update and received no response. I called their customer service number during business hours and was not able to get through, as it just rang busy. I contacted Groupon and they reimbursed me for the price I paid without any questions.
