Another Internet purchase story!
Purchased a spa handrail from this Company in late September. After receiving it was found that there was a small manufacturing defect (NOT THIS SELLER'S FAULT).
I E-Mailed the Seller with my concern (not a complaint). Within 1 day, I had a positive reply stating that the manufacturer would be contacted for an answer to my concern.
The following day, sure enough, the manufacturer had been contacted and the problem was remedied within 2-3 more days.
That is real professionalism on the seller's part. Immediate / positive customer followup.
I will buy again not because of the Seller's product line, but because of the courteous after sale service I received.
