I bought a voucher £95.00 for a night stay in a Crerar hotel, yorkshire, along with around 1500 people
I have rang the hotel 2956 times today when you manage to get a dialling tone, the receptionist picks the phone up and puts it back down with out speaking. My partner has also rang around 3000 times,
When you ring the hotel groups booking line they say they understand the frustration but part of the rules are that you can only book with the hotel direct,
So what are the staff doing at the groups booking line? As usual we are treated like sheep in this country.
