Never received my orde

I never received my purchase. I had been mistrated by one representative who mentioned my consideration didnt occur, despite the fact that I had been billed. Per month later I had been released a credit and not had the chance to test it out, but after studying all of the grievances on this website, I'm releive and certainly will not really attemp to re order.
