I was one who was excited about try sheer cover to fix some of the imperfections I have in my face. I received the product only to see that it was not the correect color that I had originaly asked for. I called them and told them that it was not the correct shade, which is when they told me they did not carry my shade.
They specifically told me they did when I first put in the order though in March.in the begining. I had also had set it up where I recieve makeup every 120 days. Before I had had a chance to send them back the first make up they had already billed my card for the month of April for make up as well as a vitamen product that I never received. For 38.92 and more sheer cover that I never received for 46.64. I have canceled my card and canceled their services.
Because besides causing a headach they have my account over drawn and I have never had a negative account. I had to transfer my funds because otherwise they would've probably cleaned me out and had my funds messed un for my family vacation. I think that they should not be passing around card info from one product to another finding a way to charge my card and my bank do not want to do anything because it is the same company and I authorized the first payment.
They said that now that they witnessed that I canceled it, they can go from there and it will be considered fraud. But in the mean while, I have to wait until they refund me my money for the last three charges. If not, then I can dispute it but I have to send in the affadavit to see that I did do my part. I will never order from them or any company again if it is not on a prepaid card because that is how they get you.
