The worst customer service in my life

I'd purchaced a set of earrings for my mother for moms day. And following i gave them to her she noticed the claps was bad on one of these and asked easily might change them to get a understood set and so i got them in several days later after i reached the store the on 5/11 @5:15pm there is two sales clerks within the jewelry department. A guy an ladies the woman (jennifer) was to busy talking with another revenue girl in the shoe department. To perhaps actnolige me for your initially 5-10 minunutes passin peanut m&ms again and forward i subsequently asked them easily can see various other earrings that where within the display case a apricing in it she did what i'd required. An then i asked easily might change the earings that i'd purchased for another publicity that was different then your iniatal pr that i'd bought. She then said cause i didnt have our reciept that i'd struggle to exchange for another pair. Thats good i responded a easily might exchange for your identical publicity that i'd purchased since the one had a diffective claps and he or she tthen responded with attuide an said no since how can she know if they were not stolden (who says that to some client) i subsequently stated that i'd like to speak with the supervisor she said the supervisor wasnt there a requested for that professionals name so explained the professionals title i requested if she could write it down she said no!!! If you like it you can write it along i mentioned thats good jennifer you better wish i dont find our reciept an it possess a study about it trigger i'll be completing one-out. Jennifer then replied with "great have at it"... I then grabbed my earrings back in the counter an walked away. So upset about just how i had been addressed i had been trembling who that i've never have been treated with such back customer support in my life... I've been buying at sears for over two decades an to be treated that way. One factor about sears is its hard enought to locate a money cover but to locate one and be treated like this is very unprofessional
