I wanted to get nails done with my daughters, one as a good well done gift other was first time service, in a new salon based on the advertising signs posted in window and bullentin hanging. I asked if nail tech knew how to do hello kitty design; tech said someone would after 3pm so I left and returned with daughters after 3pm. I asked for the kid pedicure with design special for daughters and a full french style nails and pedicure for myself. The tech immediately separated us, I thought it was strange but the tech advised me it would be faster if I got nails done while daughters got serviced too. My back was to the girls so I couldnt see what was being done, but my older daughter advised me that one of the kid pedicure chairs did not work and they gave her and my 3 year old an adult pedicure. When it was my pedicure turn I wanted to sit by my daughters and so I told the tech and tech asked a lady to move for my courtesy. I wasnt aware till later that the woman had soaked her foot in the water and they never changed it. My pedicure was already ran and I place my foot in water and immediately felt my feet itching like if the water was dirty. Both feet I kept taking my feet out of water and telling tech its making me itch tech replied I needed a more expensive pedicure spa treatment. I disagreed, i asked daughter why she didnt get hello kitty she told me tech told her she didnt know how to do i asked tech where was the tech she told me about and she didnt respond.By the time to pay i was upset nothing was being done properly. The tech told me price of $78. I was vivid. I told her sign says FREE KIDS PEDICURE WITH FRENCH OR NAIL DESIGN then she says kids pedicure is 15 bucks i screamed why would i pay for a 3 year old to have a pedicure then my daughter tells me they gave her a pedicure like mine I said you gave a child an adult style pedicure without advising me, and said thats why you separated us so you could be sneaky. She explained prices i said there is a 10 difference she said she charged one child extra for the type of design she got and i got a different type pedicure i was so upset — i was scamed. All pedicure nail design have lines nothing complicated. I paid and feel like the company falsely advertised and never said what was included in the kids pedicure and i was punished for it. Now my nails are uneven and i dont work so it isnt the job it was the tech and the full set hasnt lasted a full week.
Horrible and itchy pedicure. I will never return again. First and last time client
