I have returned 6 jars of shrink wrap sealed face cream and was told on the phone today that i will not get a full refund as i was told at time of purchase but a store credit. I do not want a store credit as i will not want to do business with these people ever again and expect a full refund for completely sealed products. I have tried to resolve this and the man who answers the phone told me to go ahead and call the better business bureau. Clearly does not care.
