After a week of calling the 'customer care' number and receiving a "all curcuits are busy, try again later" recording, I tried to look for a way online to cancel the program. The only thing I can now find are long lists of complaints about the same experience I am having. I decided 'eat' the first charge of $87.94 and cancel the credit card and have a new one issued. If the product had actually worked, I would not be as upset as I am, but it doesn't seem to have the effects that are advertised and hope this company is dissolved soon so others like myself are saved this headache.
