GroupOn failed me! I was online trying for over 2hours to book the Monkton Sports Centre deal but the log-in kept rejecting my password. When i requested a new-password; they then did not recognise my email address. This they can say (automated, of course) even though the very offer was brought to my attention via my email - address!
Frustrating as i contacted the vendor and were assured that the deal was still on but after 2 hours of not being able to book it, the deal closed.
A phone number to GroupOn would have been useful. I am thinking of getting off this GroupOn experience as nothing has been a greater waste of time than to be titilated and then dissappointed!!!
