Ordered only a free trial offer. Didn't like the merchandise. Didn't make an order but was charged for an order. Called to cancell and was told no return. I had been billed $35.81 but didn't receive item. About the confrontation i obtained didn't have any information regarding calling to cancell our order easily didn't want more of the merchandise. I believed used to do not need to call and cancell since it wasn't told me that i'd have to cancell since it was only a test purchase. That is very illegal. So when i call the 800-320-2983 to cancell the order i simply obtain a busy signal. How do you cancell my order???
