I named 1 week after ordering the merchandise and tried to cancell plus they explained to wait till i received the merchandise. That took two weeks. Because moment i named again to cancell and was told the same. I simply found my notes and on feb 3rd i spoke to cloe and she did cancell our order and gave me the confirmation quantity of 394-664. And explained i had been cancelled. Well i acquired billed $149.95 at the same time that i really could not spare a cent. Please resolve this matter for me and refund our $149.95 asap.
