Purchase online on 9/01 for 14-day test for 4.95 eventually received item on 9/18/08 subsequently on 9/20/08 my card was billed 68.90 and on 9/22 charged another 59.95 named the compay for 3 times and not got to keep in touch with anybody inform 9/22 also it was difficult to encourage them to realize that I needed to cancell equally by pnone and online chat.
