1st complaint: 3 e-mails to customer service have been ignored regarding my experience with the pool installer.
2nd complaint: The pool installer reccomended by Namco was horrible. He had no respect for my property or land and damaged everything in his path. It was Tom Gaudet Construction in Rehoboth, MA. And he also overcharged me per the terms of his contract and is refusing to re-imburse. He did a lousy job on the pool and is just a nasty person to deal with. Shame on Namco for reccomending him!
