We purchased an above ground swimming pool at their Latham, NY store in March. It was used for the first time in June.By august a small tear developed in the liner. WE were offered a new liner which we never received.
In the winter of 2004 the entire liner ripped and the walls of the pool buckled and we lost all of the $425 worth of water we had filled it with. We have asked Namco to reimburse us for the water and to have a new pool installed. They have refused to do this for us. They offered us the same pool at no cost, but we wanted to upgrade to a better pool so we did not have to go through this again. They wanted $899 for the upgraded pool which cost them $300! Then they went down to $479.
We feel that in the time we owned this pool, Namco should stand behind it and reimburse us for what he asked. Why should we pay for this pool to be installed and filled all over again!
