On April 23rd I ordered the Lourdes Water Cross Pendant but have never received it. Today, May 13, my charge card bill arrived with the charge of $16.92 on it for the pendant which I did not receive.

If this item is not available, please be sure to cancel the charge of $16.92 from my Visa 1572 account.
