In Setember, I ordered a cross pendant from this company via a freebie website. I paid the shipping charges, Apparently, this was only a 14-day free trial, which was certainly not made crystal clear. I received the pendant and never heard anything more from them until January 11 when I received a pair of unordered stud earrings. Before I could do anything about it, I received an unordered bracelet today in the mail. I called the company and was told there as yet a third shipment of unordered jewelry on the way! All this jewelry cost $49.00 EACH, except for the pendant which I was charged $98 for! And the woman I talked to could only cdancel my "subscription" and could not authorize me to return these unwanted items!!! I had to send an e-mail to the billing department and will have to wait 72 hours for a response. I have never heard of such a poor way of doing business.
