Bad customer service

I placed an order for wen on wed and just a few hours later had an emergency occur which caused me to cancel my order to have my money refunded. I was told that my cancellation was sent to a supervisor, well the next day i check my bank account to find out that my money had been refunded, so at this point i think everything is okay. Well today is saturday and i go to withdraw money from my account to find that my account is in the negatives, because this company decides to withdraw my funds again and send me the product anyway. Wen's customer service has "no record" of me cancelling my order. So now i must wait 4-6 weeks for it to arrive then i have to go through all the trouble of sending it back, then i have to wait for them to recieve it in order for me to recieve my refund! I am so pissed off, these people dont know how to do their jobs correctly therefore causes everyone else to literally have to PAY for their mistakes!!! I have never heard of such CRAPPY customer service! Better Business Bureau will recieve my compaint.
