I had been carrying this out for his birthday. I told the sales worker I needed another string and that I was informed they did not market stores of any sort whatsoever. And so I did not get any support with that component, not really where I would visit get one. I had been informed they'd deliver the view down and that I got a return delivery. The revenue worker set my title and telephone number which I needed an estimation about the price of the fix. Which was on March 5. Nowadays March 18 I named the shop since by however I'd not gotten a phone. The worker explained she'd contact them-and contact me back. After like 30-min. I'd not obtained a phone and so I called her back and he or she apologized and stated she was simply repairing to contact me after I named. They informed her these were unable to repair it. They didn't possess the correct components plus they were stopped. That she was sorry, they did not contact me or even the administration in the shop to inform people the things they had discovered. Duh, I really couldnot get support with this one and just why might I do want to purchase anything good such as this from the shop that cannot repair it if it fails? The clerks were excellent, it simply appears bad company to market superb after which not have the ability to repair them somehow and never actually call-back and inform the individual after what, 13 times? I'd not have discovered out nowadays easily hadnot called. I'd not purchase anymore jewelry there when I couldn't have it fixed.
