Canceled product still getting deducted from my acc

I requested a-99 cent sample, they billed my card, didn't obtain sample. I named informed them, then they delivered test and weeks offer. I named informed them no simply because they had billed my acc. $89.53. Used to do not purchase or need this, they ceased delivering the merchandise but extended to demand my acc. Every month for 5 weeks. I'd to alter quit my card and obtain a different one to prevent it. I'd like my cash back. $447.00. They got this cash from me for no item. Used to do not purchase this.
