Required my band to Zales to become re sized & after I delivered in 3 months to choose it-up I had been educated that my wedding band was taken off the shipping vehicle & to not fear b/d they'd "currently reordered a brand new rock" & blah blah blah "regular process"
Our partner & I are mad b/d of the laid back might care less perspective regarding emotional importance of the band along with the truth that they named to-order an upgraded t/e so much like a telephone call in my experience allowing me understand what happened. I then found out after I reached the shop each day following the guarantee day to be informed. The supervisor was more worried about the shops reduction and reduced my $3500 band because it was just one of 20 items taken.
We've since went above his check out the local supervisor & actually have been provided the choice to you need to the alternative ring without any reputation of wrong-doing, or consider money near to $1000 significantly less than what we taken care of the band. I'm shocked. I actually donot understand what to complete. Our wedding band is finished & possibly I have a look-likewise or money to purchase a cheaper band elsewhere, or obviously contact an attorney... To become extended. Do no purchase zales.
