I delivered item in October. Was informed from the organization after I required an item return number. I'd be acknowledged on my cost acct. Our tracking-no. Exhibits they received it on Oct. 22 and that I still haven't gotten credit. Today I'm demonstrating they've charged me again, and that I haven't obtained any item since September.
