On October 5 I bought a Cannon CA-920 cord for my camcorder out of this organization for $89.00. With delivery and managing the sum total found $100.50. Later that evening I obtained a telephone call from somebody at New World Video Immediate declaring this item have been remembered and was no further available (even though it stays in your site right now). This individual persuaded me to simply accept another but equivalent product which he mentioned "expenses more", but is likely to be directed at me in the same cost whilst the product I initially requested. After I obtained the replaced product, it seemed to be an extremely cheaply-made battery charger from China. After I googled this item, I came across a number of other businesses make it for a great deal less with one organization getting just $14.00 for this exact same item. 24 hours later I named "New World" Video Immediate to tell them I desired to return this product to get a complete reimbursement because it wasn't what I requested and have been delivered an inferior item as a swap. I had been provided a return product quantity and that I delivered it back again to them. After I called NWD earlier today, they stated they'd delivered $75.65 of my cash via Paypal on October 26 for this product. I had been unable to find this deal and named Paypal using the deal number directed at me by NWV and was informed this isn't a legitimate transaction amount.
From what other NWVD clients say this seems like it is their regular company training to use in this way. Wish this can help various other fool steer clear of the same error that I produced in accepting these were legit.
