I had canceled my membership on August 9th. I was assured that my membership was canceled. On August 17th a payment was taken out of my checking account.
I again called to assure that my membership was canceled. They again assured me that my membership was canceled. On September 17 another payment for 9.95 was taken out of my account. I again called and asked why a payment was taken out of my account.
I was told that there was no record of my placing a call on 8-17-04. I then stated that I was filling out this report online and that I wanted a refund. I was told that a refund would be issued. I have yet to see if that refund will come.
