I had been provided a CZ gemstone on December 21. On January 7 I delivered the band towards the organization for restoration. A-side rock had dropped out and also the middle stone was free. I obtained the band back on Jan 31 (more than the guaranteed fix period). The middle rock has become pressed into the prong setting and uneven and also the aspect rock that had dropped out has dropped out again.
I've named and sent a lot of occasions with no one may reunite my calls and all emails in the organization inform me they're waiting to listen to so what can be achieved using the band.
I've not obtained a reasonable reply.
