I've a significant problem with customer support only at that specific area. I'd my wedding ring re sized — ostensibly an inferior group was requested — and was informed I'd be named when it had been prepared.

We never received a call. Lastly, following a month of waiting, we named the shop and was informed with a child (with perspective) that it had been likely to be delivered back to wherever it originated from since we'd waited too much time in the future in.

We went into the shop and affirmed, they'd delivered the band back. I proceeded to describe to some other child behind the table that people were never named. He informed us we were named twice. I told him I'd understand whether I had been named. (And That I later experienced my telephone records. There is no report of any calls from Kay Jewelers.)

Ultimately, I had been less upset concerning the proven fact that they did not contact and much more annoyed about how exactly these two children had this type of poor perspective and had no idea just how to handle clients. It suggested in my experience that there is inadequate administration at that area, and maybe organization-large. I'm extremely grateful that people didn't purchase a more costly bit of jewelry there and certainly will never store at Kay Jewelers again.
