I noticed an ideal band in Kay Jewelers in 2007.2ctw 10yf style band. I bought the band and that I also bought the PPP (Fee Protection Program) since I have introduced it with my Kay Jewelers card. Many years later, my band was taken. I approached Kay Jewelers as well as in the start these were good. They offered me several for their insurance division. I approached that division and was informed anything I had a need to deliver for them. (Police record, Kay declaration etc.) I did so this. The procedure just required about 6 months before my state was authorized.

I received the acceptance notice from their insurance provider in California and proceeded to Kay Dealers within Rocky Mount, NC. Everybody inside (Gold East Crossing Mall) is definitely so good. The salesman named Kay Jewelers CUSTOMER SERVICE Dept. To confirm the notice and also to make certain what he was doing was appropriate. He talked to some woman (Ensia) who had been REALLY unpleasant! The thing is, the band which was taken, isn't any longer available. The woman about the telephone explained I'd to choose another thing, however they did not have something else I needed (inside the cost of another band). She informed the salesman "Well she will need to consider it or abandon it!" (unsure I really could notice the discussion) This upset me GREATLY to express minimal. What is the purpose of the person purchasing the cost security strategy (when you buy anything together with your Kay card) -they inform you-youare protected if someting happens, nevertheless when anything happens, you can't-get what you'd within the 1st location and also the customer serice is terrible? Today I'm caught! When they cannot provide me what I'd like, why don't you simply withhold the total amount I'm owed from my Kay Jewelers Acct? UGH this type of person driving me insane! Following a few hours within the shop and about the telephone using the "terrible" customer support rep., I went house and cried and today I simply have no idea what else to complete! I will NEVER buy from Kay Jewelers again! Many people might state, "Well, atleast they're prepared to provide you with another thing within the host to that which you had." But imagine if they do not have whatever you need? What can you do? Simply take "something" since you don't have any option? I've observed bands at additional shops that I love and inside the same budget range. I'll never buy the insurance or cost security strategy again since ultimately, it generally does not resolve something!
