Kay Jewelers: Shoddy Jewelery. Example: Sears broken washing machine

I will never, ever purchase anything from Kay Jewelers, they do not stand behind their jewelry, then have the nerve to make you try to feel secure by promoting their six month inspection!!! I would never trust them to fix anything for me after all the horrible reviews!!! I will tell everyone I know to never, ever shop there!!!
