I ordered a SAMPLE of Resveratrol for the cost of shipping only. The cost was supposed to be $2.79 and my receipt that I printed out said that it was a "RISK-FREE TRIAL"
I received one sample bottle of Acai x3 instead of the Resveratrol, and was charged twice on the same day for $88.00.
There is no mention on the bottle the name of the company.
There was no packing slip in the package.
There WAS a little slip of paper with another phone number 866-949-0138, stating that the name that will appear on my statement could be any of the following:
FWM Laboratories, Healthy Labs, Lipaphen-RX, Acai Berry Cleanse, Life Cleanse. (None of these names were listed, but I'll be watching for them all)
The customer service person I spoke to had a very strong accent, but I got a cancellation # from him, his name, and a return authorization number. He said I had to return the bottle in order to get a refund. I Will send the bottle back - and be watching for the credit.
This is most definitely a SCAM!!!
