I ordered a "diet tea" from a pop-up window on another site. The site did not appear to be working as I got no online confirmation of the purchase or email confirmation. Then my bank account showed a charge for $29.95. I called the number from this web page of complaints as my bank statement did not show the full phone number. The company rep was a very slick talker. I finally got her to "understand" that I wanted to cancel my account and get a refund. Something I had said several times but which she had interpreted to me as just cancelling my membership which meant I would still be charged $29.95. I finally was given a "courtesy" refund also but by the company rep handling my call. No need for the supervisor.
