On 12/9/08 I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry Detox. On 12/23/08 I called to cancel because I never received my free trial. I called again on 12/30/08,01/04/09, and on 01/14/09—all three times to cancel. Finally, on 01/14/09 they told me I had called the wrong number! No one told me this when I called the previous times. They just took down my information. Finally, on 01/14/09 I called 866-949-0138 and told them what happened, to cancel my membership, and requested a refund (by this time I had been charged $89.74 twice!). They said I would receive a confirmation email and a refund. Never received either one. I called back on 01/28/09 and requested a refund again. They said the same thing—I would receive a confirmation email and a refund. I called back on 02/13/09 to request a refund again. They said they would submit my request for a refund again. Now, I can't seem to get in touch with them.
