I too had a very difficult time with customer service. Based in India. Representatives names were., "Jack", "Ryan"... Yeah right. I was told there were problems with computer systems by 3 different people and to call back in 24 hr. I was persistant with calling, the more I read about the fraudulent activity of the company. I tried a 4th call tonight and got though by pressing #2 option. Got me right to a rep. I was upfront with him, firm but remained kind in my tone. After several attempts to keep me using product, he got the message. I told him I had already been charged 78.81 and will pay this one time and want my order cancelled. Stat! He cancelled my order and said he would refund my debit card 40.00. He would not give me a confirmation number to cancel, his reasoning was because I ordered "on-line". He assured me my account was closed. I will call the bank tomorrow just to stop payment on any future draws until I am certain it is cancelled.
