This company sucks. They promised to ship an item on a certain date two weeks later it was not here. They would not answer the phone or return emails that threatened to cancel the order.
Finally an email arrived telling me that the order had been cancelled and my debit card would not be charged. Months later a charge for 237 dollars appears on my debit card. I called George at 203-266-6906 and he assured me that it was an honest mistake. He promised to refund the money a.S.A.P.
Three days go by and I called him again because the money had not been refunded. He said that he told his employee to cancel it but she must not have; he assures me that he will personally refund it to y card.
I called him four days later because still no refund. He promises me that he did it four days prior. I ask him to swear to me that he did it. He swears that it is the bank who is to blame. I call the bank to make sure, and they tell me that there have been no attempts to refund anything.
Now he will not answer my phone dalls or emails again. My bank suggested that I cancel my debit card get a new one and bring in the email from George that said my order had been cancelled. They will ge the money back or file internet fraud charges with him. I go to my bank tomorrow to dispute the unauthorized purchase and to cancel my debit card. These people have no intention of making things right. They are common thieves.
