Similar to others, I ordered "free" for shipping only on 1/12 and NEVER RECEIVED anything, when 10 days later I received 87.13 debit to my bank account. I called the number from the shipping charge record (the one for the 87.13 was disconnected) and cancelled both accounts - apparently two were generated for two different products. I requested refunds and have repeated been told it's up to the billing department. I am still out funds and plan on reporting to Better Business as well as find out what the Attorney General can do.
