I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Detox from FWM Laboratories for $3.95 shipping. There web site stated I had 14 days from the shipping date to cancel without being charged any further. The product was shipped on 01/29 and I canceled on 02/11.
They gave me a cancellation number and told me that I would not be charged and the next day they charged my account $87.95. I have called them back several times and they keep telling me that I didn't cancel within the 14 days after shipping. I canceled 13 days from the shipping date.
Don't order anything from this company, they are frauds, they will make unauthorized charges on your account and won't refund your money.
