Same thing happened to us. I too was scammed by Acai Berry/Colotox - I thought once I had canceled both of those, I was in the clear... Wrong! When the $29.95 appeared on our bank statement this morning, I immediately called our Credit Union, who was able to get through on the phone. They transferred the call to us. I spoke to the Call Center Representative briefly, then asked to speak to a supervisor, Ms. Jackie Green identified herself as the 'Supervisor', she assured me the charge would be refunded and the membership canceled immediately. I asked for the FCC Licensing information which they refused to provide. Ms. Green did provide the corporate address, I do plan to write a letter - not sure it will do any good, but it's worth a try. I also plan to contact the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. Here's the corporate address, just in case anyone else feels the urge to express their displeasure.
