I am a victim of the scam this company is pulling. I ordered the free trial last week and I had to insert my billing address and no space to enter the mailing address, since I moved my billing address was different than my mailing address. As soon as I got the confirmation that my order had been placed I sent an email to customer support so that my product could be delivered to my physical address. I have tried following up this week to check if my e-mail had been received and if my product would be mailed to the correct address. I called the number 1-888-692-8352 and was advised by the greeting that due to high call volume, wait on hold is 70 minutes, so I hang up and contact Fit Factory since somehow when I purchased the product I was enrolled in the Fit Factory, lucky for me I read the small print after the order that states I would have to cancel Fit Factory within 30 days or be charged full price, so I cancelled right away. Anyhow, I called Fit Factory and asked if they had another number for ACAI BERRY, the rep did provide me with 2 different numbers (which I dont have with me at this moment, by the way it was to the same office just happens to be 1 is toll free and the other is local). So I call one of those numbers and the hold time is 20 minutes, I finally speak to a rep where she asks for my phone # to pull up my order, she was not able to pull it up, so she then asks for my last 4 #s of the c.C. Used for purchase, again was not able to pull it up, she then told me I just placed the order and was not in system yet. I asked to speak to supervisor because how is it that Fit Factory was able to pull me up but ACAI Berry is not? Rep got upset and stated that I did not have to be rude and transferred me to a supervisor which was a closed office, so I call back and was on hold for 20 more minutes, I got another rep and asked to speak to a supervisor, rep placed on hold and got me a supervisor in which he gave me a headquarters number and said that they would be able to access the information there because they could not in their system, so I call the headquarters # and to my surprise was the same toll free number I had just dialed but it was just a local number he provided, so Im on hold for another 20 minutes, spoke to a different rep, I was telling her my situation and how I need to speak to someone that could assist and rep disconnected call, so I think well maybe call was dropped so i call back and hold for another 20 minutes and rep goes thru whole process of trying to look me up which I knew that she would have no luck just cause I had already been thru it like 10 times before, so as soon as i tell the rep that I want to speak to a supervisor, rep disconects the call, now Im not calling from a cell phone its a house phone so I know reps were disconnecting call, I was so upset I called back and waited 20 more minutes and spoke to the last rep in which he stated that I must have the wrong number because they are not the only people that sell ACAI berry and Colotox, he told me that Fit Factory gave me the wrong number. Now im stuck with no pills, out of the money I paid for the free trial, unable to speak to a rep to get this straightened out, and to top it all off i have to cancel my debit card in order to avoid being billed for anymore charges from these SCAMERS!!! Beware people be very aware...
