I too was charged an Unauthorized CHARGE to my account. Clearly, each complaint, including 'other complaint boards'... Identify the same pattern of deceit perpetrated against many. It is urgent that you immediately cancel your card to prevent further unauthorized charges. Then, file with your bank to dispute the charges that were not authorized and ask for the charge to be reversed under FEDERAL REGULATION E... And... include as many complaints as you can with your dispute. Call and write The Fit Factory and
demand your charges be reversed even after the cancellation of your card.
