Unauthorized charges

I've had 1 cost from Healthy Fac within the quantity of $29.95 billed to my charge card and 1 cost from the TCleanse within the quantity of $5.95 cost and to my charge card these are products/goods I understand nothing about and didn't purchase. I also provide a cost on my charge card for fastmelts30 for $89.31 that used to do not approve. I've experimented with contact them via email without any success
