I have noticed that a charge of $89.97 was presented to my bank on 12/6/08. I did not authorize this charge. I called on the 15th day and cancelled this and was never given a cancellation number or anything.
I signed up for a sample that took 10 days to get to me and now I am being charged $90 for pills that have never came. I am requesting a refund immediately. I have also contacted my bank locally and am disputing the charge and I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau. I was told by your customer service person that a person only has 15 days to cancel from the date the original order was placed (I did cancel on the 15th day) hard to do when it takes 10 days for a sample to arrive and the sample is suppose to be 2 weeks. Apparently he thought that was funny! How are you suppose to know if it works or if you can even tolerate the pills? This is a rip off!
I also left 2 voice mails to which I have never gotten a response back from. Was told everything had to be handled via email.
On 12/8/08 spoke with 2 different people—first person said it was cancelled again no confirmation number or nothing! I called back about 3 hours later and was told it was cancelled but was not cancelled until 12/8/08 he ask if I was given a confirmation number to which the answer was no and I was finally given a confirmation number.
Seems like after doing a little research you guys are running a scam on people—go to http://usashameboard.com and look at ALL the complaints that are being filed against you with them online as well as the BBB and the American General
