Buyer BEWARE!!! Bought an item October 10th. Came with 60 day money back guarantee. Item, Quasar MD Plus, did not work for me so I returned it after obtaining return number. Returned on October 30th. Heard NOTHING. Tried to contact DermaPoise via phone number listed on site - which doesn't work and hasn't since October. Tried emailing and messaging via website. I finally did receive one phone call in late November acknowledging receipt of returned product, account updated accordingly. Guy was nice and apologetic. He said it may take a bit for refund to credit card. It has been over 6 weeks since that call and I still have not received my credit card refund! Almost 13 weeks since mailing return!!!
