Fantastic Sam's great at giving you exactly what you don't want. - Dye, cut

I recently visited the salon on collier as I had completely fried my hair in an attempt to make it lighter - I had admittedly made a big mess of my hair. I walked in to the salon and asked them what I could do, if they could fix it. Of course Luz said - while telling me how badly I've screwed up my hair, understood, I take responsibility for that. What I don't take responsibility for is what happened next.
When discussing what was going to happen with my hair I was specifically told that it would be a blonde - she kept pointing to a dark color that she was going to apply and I kept telling her no no no that's too dark she specifically told me it would not be that dark it would be a blonde color (a medium blonde to be precise). At this time she told me "It will be $200.00 do you accept" I said yes as long as it's a blonde i don't want it dark - I think I said this like 5-10 times and she assured me it would not be dark. So she cuts my hair as I had ruined a lot of the ends. My hair was down to the middle of my back, she told me she was going to only take a couple of inches off, 6 inches later my hair is at my shoulders I had no clue it was this short until I left I am in tears as I'm writing this! But still at this point I am willing to over look it. She washes my hair and conditions it leaves me under the dryer for 20 minutes. Now she has some "special" process where the haircolor goes in wet so she brings me back to the sink and goes to put the haircolor in while my hair is wet. While she's doing this she starts telling me oh it's going to be $248.00 I'm telling her that's not what you said you told me 200 she then claims she didn't say that - ok whatever if I'm going to walk out of there with blonde I'm fine I'll pay the 250. She applies a ridiculous amount of color I mean my head was soaked - she got dye everywhere -it's ALL OVER MY FACE even now as I'm typing this.
After she applies the color she tells me ok you need to sit under the dryer for 20 minutes - well five minutes later she comes over and starts looking at my hair - I realize then that there's an issue she's telling me ok we have to wash it - what happened to 20 minutes? She washed out the dye and brings me to a chair and I realize that my hair is dark brown this is not what I asked for. At this point I proceed to have a miniature breakdown - this lady told me multiple times my hair would be blonde not brown, she changed the price on me a few times, she's chopped half my hair off and I've got to pay for it. After I start my little breakdown the rudest woman, their general manager starts talking to me and shes doing nothing but talking down to me, she is the most condescending woman I think I may have ever met! I start getting really upset at this point. I don't like people talking to me like that and I don't like being called a liar these two women were doing both. At the end of the day my hair is still not anywhere close to what i wanted, I felt like those women ganged up on me in the salon, I have no clue what they were saying half the time as they spoke spanish to each other the whole time I was in there. This is not the way to run a business and it's poor customer service. I walked out of there paying $202.00 for everything I asked her NOT to do. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon and a poor way to do business.
