I went in for a haircut with someone who cut my hair before. I decided to let her color and highlight my hair. I dye my hair a caramel brown and wanted the same with dark red higlights. I picked out the colors and was told it was too dark but the color of brown she picked was the correct color. We discussed NO blonde or light colors several times that day. I thought it was too light and she said no. I said I would trust her expertise.instead she used a light brown and bleached my hair white instead of red hightlights. She washed out the bleach and said oh great blonde color at which point I said better not be blonde. Several people came over and shorten story two "glazes"and two hours later I have almond and orange hair and my curly hair is burnt and broken and doesnt even curl and is like straw. They made me pay and I left crying. One of the other stylists said "if you didnt want blonde why did you let hair put in bleach for 40 minutes. What! She told me is was the red hightlights. Called corporate and regional and it took them time to get the owners rude daughter to send me my money backas she had told me no way. Now my hair is chopped and broken and orange. THe cut is not even as one side is different than the other and I assume it is due to burnt hair. I cant even do l cant even color it for weeks. I am contacting the state and an attorney as this license should be revoked. It will take aboiut 6 years for my hair to grow out I am 61 yrs old. They have not heard the last of this.
