So I'm a salon junkie, I faithfully get hair services every 6 weeks and trying to save a few bucks in my budget I against advice tried out Fantastic Sams. Huge Mistake! I was asked to sign a paper staying that if along with other things they spilled color on my clothes they were not responsible! How professional is that? They go the extra mile to protect themselves and YOU pay the cost. I asked for blonde high lites, 2 hours later I had still dark hair maybe a shade lighter than I had come in with and when I asked about this they said they were "protecting themselves" and used color instead of bleach. Ok I ALWAYS get high lites with bleach and why did you not explain this to me? The stylist told me my cost would be $85 and the lady at the couter asked her the whole time what all she was doing to my hair right in front of me, the stylist at the next station blew someones hair all over me with a hair dryer and was pissed when I went to pay. Then the lady at the counter said I owed$155 and the stylist just walked away. Now I payed $155 for nothing and have to go back to a DIFFERENT salon to get my high lites! Never ever again!!
