PETCO in cedarhill texas is horrible. They have a bather/bathers working there now that depending on their mood is how they treat your animal that day! Services are charged to the customer that DON"T get done, the customer never knows because we don't tell them and they don't check. We are told (i previously was a groomer at petco) to never tell a customer there dog was hyper or alittle hard to groom we are to always say your pet was great! Managment is made aware of these things and ignore it as PETCO is only interested in makeing sales. Bathers get 40% groomers get 50% the more extra services we offer you the more money we make. Your dogs are called "STUPID" DUMB, AND YELLED AT if they don't cooperate. There are no cameras so you cannot see in the bathing area also every groomer in there (minus me cause i left) lies and covers up. Also if you the customer pay for a shedless or nail file/dremmel you should recieve that service. A shedless is 30 minutes xtra of brushing on your dog in addiotion to the 15 that comes with the bath. Please do not help this store make money on the mis treatment of your animal. I spoke up about these issues and hence i am no longer there therefore i am trying to warn others before their animals have this experiance happen to them.
