Christine Holst (President) promised to provide a nanny for us. She charged my credit card prior to providing a trial run (and without a signed contract from me) for a nanny that we preliminarily selected and then when the nanny did not work out on the first day because she changed the days/hours she wanted, Christine Holst refused to refund the credit card. I sued her in court and prevailed! Her contract is pure fraud, other nanny companies do not charge the person until there have been two or three trial runs in the home and then once the candidate and family are comfortable, then the company charges the family their fee. She did all before providing a suitable candidate and then refused to issue a credit.
