In mid July I contacted Paws and Claws Pet Nanny to cat sit while I was in FL. Due to unforseen circumstances I returned home early to find the cats had not been looked after while I was gone.
It is now late October. I have emailed and called up to 30 times and have yet to receive my $75 that I paid up front through Paypal or the key to my house. At this time the locks have been changed, but this is a disgrace.
Any advice?
