On feb. 13 shortly after 8am, sassy was hurting and could barely move. On the phone and in person, cindy ask for the vet to take x rays and a series of blood test. On the rec. It shows NO x rays. They could nt even tell us what kind of worms she had. They didnt even write anything in her chart about her visit with them. We called twice after taking sassy home and they claime she had hook worms. And a bad stomach infection. They had sent meds home with her. On feb. 15 sassy still could barely move. So we took her to NEEL VETERINARY HOSPITAL, at 2700 n. Macarthur blvd. Okc, ok. 73127 and ph. 405-947-8387 and sassy seen dr. Emily redden. To come to find out, sassy had a serious case of heart worms and crippling arthritus in her left hip. If state street vet would had took the xrays and proper blood test that we had requested, we would had known two days prior to the vet visit on the 15th. Sadly to say, sassy was in such bad health that we had to put her to sleep. And she did nt have hook worms at all. THE OUT COME WE WANT IS; for state street to reinburst the $85 back to our daughter on her credit card and to have to pay the whole bill at neel vet hosp. Which is; $667.57 total. Cause if they would had done all the test that we had requested and told the truth of what kind of worms sassy actually had then we would nt of had to go some where else to get the proper test done and the xrays some where else. State street was lazy and non compliant. I ask for this to be resolved immediately please. Other wise i will get an attorney and charge state street alot more then just the bill. And we dont really want to carry it that far. But we will if need to. Thank you. Floyd and cindy
