I truly feel that I received the most outstanding customer ever from your associate Miss Sassy at the jewerly counter. This is such an emotional puchase a wedding band & she was so very patient going far above and bryond staying late past her shift wating for me to arrive after car trouble to order my band. Then she called me personally when it came in and made sure she waited for me to get there after to retrive the order. Truly looking out for your customer who, is now a forever lyoal Sams club member who used to shop at Costco as it was more convenient. This is the way one associate can prove the way to build brand loyalty! Thank you for having her on your team... Additionally I am a head trauma patient & she was ever so kind to me & believe me many sales folks just DON't have the patients. What a GEM Miss Sassy is to your TEAM!!! THANK YOU MRS, kelly meierhofe
