The delivery company, Sassy's Express, picked up my 1880s antique china cabinet from Memphis, Tennessee and was to deliver it to my home in Orlando, Florida. After picking it up, Sassy's Express never delivered the furniture. After numerous phone calls, they informed me that they delivered it to an address in New Haven. Despite my requests to have the furniture delivered to me, they refuse to contact the New Haven address and locate my furniture. I offered to help them contact the people and asked them to contact every address where they delivered furniture after picking up my china cabinet and they refuse.
